Join Saffy for a morning of gentle dance followed by tea and cake

M Dance Plus is a low-impact contemporary dance class for the over 50s that offers a unique blend of movement and socialising, ensuring that everyone feels welcome and engaged. Our dance artist, Saffy, will guide you through each step, offering modifications and adjustments to accommodate varying levels of mobility and experience. However, our class is not just about dancing as towards the end of the class we offer tea/coffee and biscuits so you can have a well deserved break and a natter! All levels are welcome! This session runs from 10am – 11.30am at the Lecropt Hall, Lecropt Kirk Church, Dunblane road, Bridge of Allan, FK9 4NB.
