Contemporary Dance for 50+ is a low-impact contemporary dance class that offers a unique blend of movement and socialising, ensuring that everyone feels welcome and engaged.

Our dance artist will guide you through each step, offering modifications and adjustments to accommodate varying levels of mobility and experience.

However, our class is not just about dancing as towards the end of the class we offer tea/coffee and biscuits so you can have a well deserved break and a natter!

All levels are welcome!

The Contemporary Dance for 50+ Spring 2026 Term will run from 10:15am - 11.45am for 10 weeks, Thursday 15th January to Thursday 1st April. 
No Class on Thursday 12th March, 19th March or 26th March
