Contemporary Dance for 50+ is a low-impact contemporary dance class that offers a unique blend of movement and socialising, ensuring that everyone feels welcome and engaged.

Our dance artist will guide you through each step, offering modifications and adjustments to accommodate varying levels of mobility and experience.

However, our class is not just about dancing as towards the end of the class we offer tea/coffee and biscuits so you can have a well deserved break and a natter!

All levels are welcome!

The Contemporary Dance for 50+ Autumn 2025 Term will run from 10:15am - 11.45am for 5 weeks, Thursday 4th September to Thursday 2nd October.

Please Note: this is a block booking. By booking your ticket you hold a space for the whole term. If you would like to attend this term but it has already started, please contact our creative activities team on creativeactivities@macrobertartscentre.org.

This term will be held in the Treehouse at Macrobert Arts Centre.
