In an industrially polluted bay in Greece, 70-year-old Kostas risks his life removing toxic shipwrecks from the seabed, while local women dream of their city’s rebirth. As Elefsina prepares to become European Capital of Culture, Kostas proposes sinking a cleansed ship as a symbol of hope. But a long-buried secret from his past threatens to undermine the community’s faith in him.
