Description
Brrr is a beautiful and gentle multi-sensory installation and dance performance by award-winning choreographer Hayley Earlam. Created for young audiences with complex needs aged 10–18, Brrr is an immersive exploration of winter through dance, sound, video and lots and lots of snow.
Set within a large inflatable dome, no two performances are ever the same. Created in collaboration with young people and artists specialising in inclusive practice, Brrr is tailored to each audience, offering everyone the freedom to engage in their own way and at their own pace. A responsive sensory environment, adaptable seating, an open-door policy and a dedicated Dip-Out space ensure that access is woven into every part of the experience.
Suitable for those with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD), Autistic and neurodivergent individuals, wheelchair users and other mobility aid users, Brrr features minimal language and welcomes non-verbal and D/deaf audiences. More than a performance, Brrr is an invitation to slow down, unwind and experience a welcoming winter world where people are not only accommodated but celebrated.

"A profound, highly responsive piece of theatre that honours its specific audience with absolute, uncompromising sincerity.” ⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Quintessential Review
